Yes. We send photos of the finished portrait and wait for your approval before dispatch.

Each portrait is made to order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after completion, subject to applicable consumer rights. Cancellation terms will be confirmed before payment. If your piece arrives damaged or does not match the agreed order, contact us with photos so we can help.

International pricing applies to delivery outside Japan. Shipping and any taxes or import charges are not included unless expressly stated in your quote.
