How many photos do you need?

One clear photo is enough for an initial enquiry. We may request front, side and coat-detail photos before making your portrait.

Can I commission a memorial portrait?

Yes, you can enquire using the photos you have. We will discuss which details can be captured before you decide.

How long will it take?

Making time and estimated shipping time are confirmed with your quote.

Can you ship to my country?

Please include your country or region in the enquiry. We will confirm availability and the shipping cost before accepting your order. Import charges, if applicable, will be discussed separately.

Will I see the finished piece before shipping?

Yes. We send photos of the finished portrait and wait for your approval before dispatch.

What if I need to cancel or there is a problem?

Each portrait is made to order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after completion, subject to applicable consumer rights. Cancellation terms will be confirmed before payment. If your piece arrives damaged or does not match the agreed order, contact us with photos so we can help.
